Description
Aging difference between panels can cause undesired brightness differences between LED tiles. The longer a tile has been running, the dimmer it gets (the aging process slows down greatly over time). HELIOS Adjustments allows the user to adjust the RBG gains at the module level to guarantee a perfectly uniform wall.
Adjusting the wall
HELIOS Adjustments allows the user to adjust red, green, blue, and intensity values of any module in the wall. It is recommended that the below process is done using flat field test patterns for best results.
Step 1: Click on a module in the Adjustments menu. Now use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move around the grid.
Step 2: Use the sliders or the key commands to adjust modules as needed.
Step 3: If needed, select multiple modules at a time for adjustment. This is particularly useful if the user has replaced a whole tile/cabinet.
